Our nurses are direct hires into a healthcare system. As a new hire they become permanent members of the staff upon their arrival with a permanent resident visa (Green Card). They receive the same excellent salary and benefit packages that are offered to all employees at that facility as opposed to a reduced pay rate that a contract hired nurse would receive.
